Chad Kaufman PA-C, MSBS has lived in this community for over 20 years and throughout that time has worked at area hospitals primarily in an Emergency Department environment.  He is excited to be a part of Shiloh Medical Services as the clinic brings various medical specialties to serve this community.  Chad desires to see an affordable medical clinic that provides quality and compassionate care that places great value on people.

Chad graduated from Wittenberg University and then attended University of Toledo-MCO for his graduate program.  

He and his wife Cindy have three beautiful children and a beautiful niece.  

Teresa Schneider is a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner with experience serving patients at Knox Hospital and Samaritan Medical Center. With a strong educational foundation and a passion for patient care, Teresa has become an integral part of the healthcare community in her service areas.

Teresa Schneider's exemplary patient care, dedication to continuous learning, and community involvement have solidified her as a trusted and compassionate healthcare provider at Shiloh Medical Center. Her patients can count on her for comprehensive and personalized healthcare that prioritizes their health and happiness.

Heidi Bird is a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant serving the Ashland, Ohio community. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Grace College and completed her Master's degree at Saint Francis University. With experience in hospitals, urgent care centers, cardiology, and nursing homes, Heidi brings a diverse skill set to her practice.

Heather has lived in this community for many years.  She worked in an allergist office prior to her coming to Shiloh Medical Services.  She is excited to serve her neighbors.

Nicole Simmons, RN has been a nurse for over 30 years with experiece in a variety of clinical settings.  She has experience in emergency, ICU, and home health/hospice care.  She has a big heart for patients and loves bedside nursing care. 

She lives with her husband John, and has five grown children.  

Deana brings to our team significant experience in patient registration and management.  She manages all billing and the receptionist desks for Shiloh Medical Services. Deana holds an Associates degree in Paralegal Studies and a BA in Office Management.  She is self-educated in Billing and Coding to ensure Shiloh Medical Services runs properly and efficiently.   

Her passions are God, her husband, and her two teenage boys. Her heart is big for her community and loves helping others see their worth in Christ.

Deana enjoys reading, crocheting and spending time with family.

Kim has 17 years of experience as an X-Ray technician.  At Shiloh Medical Services she serves as an X-Ray technician, a lab technician, and assists with basic patient care.  

Kim is recently retired from UH Samaritan and enjoys spending time with her kids and grandkids.  She is a fan of Sprint Track Racing and likes to travel, choosing a new state to vacation each year during Christmas.
